Admission Procedure

1. A child must be five years or more to qualify for admission to class 1. Admission to any class is subject to availability of seats in that class and process begins from 1st March for classes I to IX.

2. The admission form duly filled in must be accompanied by a valid proof of age and school leaving certificate. Date of Birth once registered cannot be altered.

3. Selection of a particular subject or stream is strictly on the order of merit as instructed by Directorate of Education.

4. Placement of a student is decided entirely by the Principal in consultation with the Class Teacher. This decision is based on the students age, previous school records and performance in an entrance test designed to test ability in main five subjects.

  • Forms available at the office counter on each working day from 8.30 AM to 01.30 PM
  • Distribution & Receipt of Registration form w.e.f. 30/01/2018
  • Last Date of submission of Application Form 17/03/2018
  • Publication of First List 15/02/2018 with waiting list
  • Publication of Second List (including waiting list) 28/02/2018 if required
  • Subsequent List of admission if any 15/03/2018
  • Closure of Admission Process 31/03/2018

    • Fee Schedule

    School Fee is to be paid on quarterly basis

    ★ For cheque payment, last date will be 10th instead of 15th
